Fit4birth is a low impact fitness class that is structured specifically for pregnant ladies.
Each class we cover easy to follow aerobics, toning and strengthening work plus time for breathing technique, relaxation and stretch.
Particular attention is paid to posture, back strengthening and pelvic floor.
Lots of alternatives of exercises are provided throughout the class so that you are able to adapt to your level of fitness and more importantly how you are feeling.
This is a fun and friendly class and a great way to meet other new Mums-to-be.
This class is suitable from your 12 week scan up until your baby’s arrival.

Bring along water, comfortable clothes and a cushion for floor work/relaxation.
