Fit4birth is a low impact fitness class that is structured specifically for pregnant ladies. Each class we cover easy to follow aerobics, toning and strengthening work plus time for breathing technique, relaxation and stretch. Particular attention is paid to posture, back strengthening and pelvic floor. Lots of alternatives of exercises are provided throughout the class so that you are able to adapt to your level of fitness and more importantly how you are feeling.
